Pricing is shown as “Starting at” for the lowest tier only. Exact scope and final pricing are confirmed in the proposal after discovery. Timelines assume timely client inputs and no unapproved scope changes. Anything not included is handled via an add-on, separate SOW, or change order.
Scope is fixed to the selected tier’s defined deliverables. Any work outside scope is quoted and confirmed in writing as an add-on or change order before work proceeds.
Third-party fees (cloud services, licenses, APIs, hardware, shipping, travel) are not included unless explicitly stated. They are pass-through costs with prior approval.
Ongoing support and response targets apply only when explicitly included in the Statement of Work (SOW) or a support add-on. No 24/7 support is implied by default.
